In
a homelike and hospitable atmosphere you'll taste our typical and
genuine local cooking including our delicious sausages and hams, our
home-made pasta, the famous "petta orrostu", (roast meat,
masterly roasted, like only the Sardinian shepherds can do), our
cheese, our honey and our traditional sweets. All of it accompanied
with our home made "Cannonau" wine, of course.
You'll also have the opportunity to assist to the preparation of our
most traditional products, like the famous Sardinian bread ,
"pane carasau", our pasta specialities, "anzelottos"
and "seadas", and the different kinds of cheese we produce
in our farm.
